We are constantly working on ways to provide exceptional service for our patients. We work hard to make our treatments affordable and great value, and as a team we are mindful of our patient’s budget and expectations.

We are aware the world is going through a bit of an unstable time, and as a result we are delighted to launch our new membership program.

 

Anti Wrinkle Membership

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP:

• Save on annual costs

• Freeze prices to current amount for the next 12 months

• Unlocks 1 (non anti wrinkle) treatment at 10% off each month for the duration of membership

• 10% off all retail purchases

• Pay monthly: Offers manageable monthly payments, which means you can spread the cost

 

WHAT MEMBERSHIP IS AVAILABLE?

Choose your frequency:

3 AREAS, 3 TIMES A YEAR

• Pay upfront: £1020 (Save £165 annually)

• Pay monthly: Pay £395 now, followed by 8 monthly payments of £85.50 (Save £106 annually)

 

3 AREAS, 4 TIMES A YEAR

• Pay upfront: £1360 (Save £220 annually)

• Pay monthly: Pay £395 now, followed by 9 monthly payments of £113.78 (Save £161 annually)

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Rather than pay per treatment, you get an annual (12 month) allowance of anti wrinkle injections. You also get a 10% discount on 1 additional treatment per month. From the day you sign up you may use your allowance. The different packages are designed to cover the treatment plans patients require. Please note memberships are non transferable and non refundable.

 

HOW DO I JOIN?

Simply head to our gifts & membership page and choose the membership option you require. Once payment is processed, we will then be in touch with further details regarding your membership and setting up a direct debit should you choose to pay monthly. Please note for any membership purchase made outside of clinic opening hours, we will be in touch upon reopening.

 

HOW AM I CHARGED?

• For pay upfront: simply purchase your membership and pay via any card of your choosing through our payment page

• For pay monthly:  simply purchase your membership and pay your initial payment via any card of your choosing through our payment page. We will then be in touch, to help you arrange your monthly direct debit.

 

WHAT IS MY COMMITMENT? 

• For pay upfront: Your commitment is 12 months, as the package is non refundable. The package does not automatically renew, and we will be in touch 2 months before its expiry to see if you would like to renew for the following year.

• For pay monthly:  Your commitment is 3 monthly payments beyond your initial payment (4 payments taken in total). To cancel your membership, you must email us  and provide at least 1 calendar months notice. The package does not automatically renew after 12 months, and we will be in touch 2 months before its expiry to see if you would like to renew for the following year. Please note any balance beyond cancelling is non refundable and must be put towards your next anti wrinkle treatment.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Membership privileges may not be shared, and are only valid for patient who has membership

• Membership is non refundable and non transferable

• Membership discounts do not extend to any anti wrinkle treatments, only additional clinic treatments – and not in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

• “3 areas” is defined as 3 Areas as per our pricelist whereby each appointment is £395. 3 areas is not a combination of any other anti wrinkle treatments.

COVID safety policy

At the clinic, we take infection control and cleanliness very seriously. We are aware our clients may still worry about the spread of COVID-19. We want to reassure you that your health, safety and comfort is our priority.

We have a strict infection control policy at the clinic. On arrival, we recommend hand washing and offer gloves and masks for those patients who wish to wear them. We deep clean all surfaces, doors, handle, bannisters and card machines after every patient. We can also offer protected time slots for our more vulnerable clients so they have little or no contact with other people during their visit.

Our staff are rigorous about cleaning and handwashing. We disinfect treatment rooms and couches after every client, wearing gloves and masks if needed. We also use Cleanisept to prepare your skin before treatment – this is one of the best antimicrobial agents available to reduce the risk of infection.

We want to put your mind at ease that we have taken all the precautions to offer you a lovely and safe experience at the clinic.

We understand you may want to bring a friend or family member along to your appointment for moral support. However, in these unprecedented times, we ask you to attend alone to reduce the risk of transmission.
