Exosome Treatment Timeline

Consultation
We offer a complimentary consultation where you will have a face to face assessment with your doctor or nurse. Each consultation will explain how it works and what you can expect from treatment. We will then review your past medical history to ensure you are suitable and safe for the treatment.
Treatment day
Our experienced practitioners will answer any questions you have, and only when you are comfortable and ready, will your treatment start. Your practitioner will cleanse your skin to remove any oils and makeup, If deeper levels are treated, a topical anaesthetic cream can be used, so discomfort, if any, is minimal.

Aftercare and recovery
Redness (mild to moderate) can be seen for up to 24-48 hours. Skin peeling and dryness can rarely occur for up to 7 days (in 90% of clients, redness reduces within 1-2 hours). SPF 30+ must be applied post-treatment.
Any heat treatments, including steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, and the gym must be avoided for 24-48 hours.
Top-ups and future treatments
The best results are seen with a series of 3 sessions spaced 2 to 6 weeks apart depending upon skin concern.
There is a continuous and progressive improvement over time in skin texture, firmness and elasticity. The complexion becomes more even and brighter. If combined with medical-grade skincare like Obagi and ZO Skin Health, results can be enhanced.

What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny, naturally occurring vesicles (think: microscopic messengers) that play a vital role in cell-to-cell communication. Sourced from stem cells, exosomes contain a powerful blend of proteins, growth factors, amino acids, and genetic material — all of which signal your skin to repair, regenerate, and behave like its younger self.
When applied to the skin following microneedling or injected directly (depending on the area being treated), exosomes get to work boosting collagen, improving elasticity, reducing pigmentation, and calming inflammation — all without downtime or drama.

What are the Benefits of Exosomes?
Firm and Tighten
Exosomes stimulate collagen to smooth fine lines and improve skin elasticity.
Calm and Clear
By promoting the regeneration of skin, exosomes reduce inflammation, soothes redness, and fades acne scars.
Soothe Sensitive Skin
Relieves irritation and reduces rosacea-related redness.
Repair and Hydrate
An exosome treatment will deeply moisturise and heal dry, damaged skin for a healthier texture.
Even Skin Tone
Lightens pigmentation and balances complexion for a more uniform look.
Restore Radiance
The regenerative properties of exosomes boosts# cell renewal and revitalises dull skin for a natural glow.
How do Exosomess Work?
Exosomes are tiny, naturally occurring messengers that help repair and regenerate skin at a cellular level. Packed with growth factors and peptides, they signal skin cells to boost collagen, improve hydration, and reduce inflammation. When applied—often after treatments like microneedling—they penetrate deeply to support healing, even out skin tone, and restore radiance.
This advanced, non-invasive therapy helps tired or damaged skin act younger, making it ideal for treating fine lines, redness, pigmentation, and dullness. With minimal downtime and impressive results, exosomes offer a powerful way to revitalise your complexion and bring out your natural glow.
